Thackray Museum of Medicine

The Thackray Medical Museum in Leeds is a museum of the history of healthcare adjacent to St James's University Hospital. Simpson & Brown were appointed by the museum to undertake the complete refurbishment of the museum areas together with the addition of a new light-filled circulation atrium.

Lincoln Cathedral

Simpson & Brown are responsible for the new Visitor Centre facilities located on the site of the former 19th century Deanery attached to the Cloisters on the north side of the Cathedral. The Deanery building itself has been converted to provide a large refectory, education centre, community rooms and offices. A new link building connects the Deanery to the Cloister and accommodates a new shop and exhibition hall.
